We occupied the family room upstairs, an inviting space that, while comfortable, kept the essence of home alive, as the owners reside nearby. Parking is conveniently located right outside the door, though guests should be prepared to navigate some stairs. The pool area is particularly appealing, featuring a good-sized pool perfect for laps and a well-maintained garden that enhances the overall ambiance. Breakfast is a daily continental affair, sufficient for starting the day, while the owners, Aurélie and her husband, are welcoming and share valuable local insights. One can appreciate the balance of value at this hotel, given the amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a reliable heating system, which were both essential for my stay. While there are luxury elements, such as the outdoor dining area and leisure room, the pricing reflects accessibility without sacrificing comfort. For those exploring the region, Ma Tranquillite presents itself as a financially wise option for travelers seeking both relaxation and cultural immersion.
